President & CEO
Craig Stamm brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in the emerging technology and security industries to his role as President & CEO at Zyston where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic direction of the company. He also maintains a steadfast focus on building a corporate culture founded upon four pillars – Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork and Results.
Prior to Zyston, Stamm served as President of Authentix, a leader in the brand protection and anti-counterfeiting security industry. At Authentix, he managed a global P&L, conducting business on five continents in more than 25 countries. Stamm also spearheaded the company’s entry into the currency authentication business, providing security feature solutions to six of the leading central banks in the world. In 2008, he led the sale of the company to The Carlyle Group and J.H. Whitney.
Before joining Authentix, Stamm served as CFO of CareerBuilder (formerly Headhunter.net / Nasdaq: HHNT). As part of the CareerBuilder leadership team, Stamm helped build the company into one of the nation’s leading internet human capital solutions companies. In 2001, he led the sale of the company to the Chicago Tribune and Knight Ridder.
Stamm earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University.
Principal & Co-Lead, CISO Advisory Services
Jonathan Steenland serves as Principal & Co-Lead of CISO Advisory Services at Zyston. Prior to joining Zyston, Steenland served as Chief Information Security Officer at Fujitsu where he was responsible for developing strategic security programs for Fujitsu’s global business, which includes 500 companies and 170,000 employees across 100 countries. Steenland was Fujitsu’s first Chief Security Officer in the Americas and led the development of numerous global security programs including Security Resource Planning (SRP), Enterprise Security Intelligence (ESI) and the Advanced Security Innovation Center (ASIC). Prior to joining Fujitsu, he worked for the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Army.
Steenland is Executive Vice President of the North Texas chapter of InfraGard, an FBI-sponsored public-private partnership dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. He is passionate about creating innovative security programs that are aligned with business needs, providing sustained competitive advantages for businesses, and developing next-generation cybersecurity professionals.
Steenland received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Cameron University.
Principal & Co-Lead, CISO Advisory Services
Richard Dorough brings more than two decades of experience in IT security, forensics, audit and governance to his role as Principal & Co-Lead of CISO Advisory Services at Zyston.
Prior to joining Zyston, he served as Senior Managing Director and National Leader for the PricewaterhouseCoopers Cyber Breach Response, Remediation and Investigation Practice.
Before this, Dorough served as Global Chief Information Security Officer for Textron where he was responsible for developing, maintaining and assuring continuous improvement of Textron’s Information Technology Security strategy, programs, policies and processes. This included leadership of the Information Technology Risk Management Council – a team of security leaders from across Textron’s business units and COEs. He was also responsible for IT privacy governance, software asset management and disaster recovery, and led the IT portion of the company’s eDiscovery program.
Dorough holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is a certified DFSS Green Belt and has additional certifications in IT, IT Forensics, IT Data Privacy, eDiscovery, IT Audit and IT Security. He is recognized as an industry SME in the area of IT, IT Security, eDiscovery and Forensics, and frequently speaks at security-related events, functions and conferences. Dorough also sits on several security-related boards and governing bodies including Swiss Cyber Storm, CIO Talk Radio, CXO Magazine, CSO perspectives, CISO Executive Summit, MIT CIO Symposium and Texas Retail Board of Directors.
Executive Vice President, Business Development
As Executive Vice President at Zyston, Dan Duffy provides leadership, vision and direction for the company’s business development function. He joined Zyston with two decades of experience in the IT staffing and consulting space having worked for companies including Impact Innovations and The Intersect Group.
While at Impact Innovations, Duffy built, led and played a role in the company’s eventual selling to Technisource, in addition to developing the firm’s IT staffing practice. Duffy also founded The Intersect Group where he was responsible for building the firm’s IT staffing practice, as well as earning the company’s designation as one of Atlanta’s top workplaces. During his tenure at The Intersect Group, Duffy was instrumental in developing partnerships with some of the city’s top company’s including IHG, Cox and AT&T.
Duffy received his bachelor’s degree in business from Appalachian State University.
Vice President, Business Development
Mark Coltharp brings nearly three decades of experience to his role as Vice President of Business Development where utilizes his unique skillset combining an engineering aptitude, along with leadership in business development, to increase Zyston’s market share and support the transformation of customers’ information security programs. Coltharp’s extensive career includes a wide range of experiences in global technology, executive leadership and complex strategic sales.
Most recently, Coltharp served as a Senior Client Director at Optiv Security where he was named among the organization’s leading sales performers. In this role, Coltharp facilitated strong customer partnerships with senior information security executives at Fortune 500 organizations to build, run and operationalize security programs. Prior to this, he served in leadership positions at Terra Telecom / Aeon Technologies, E-Rev Technologies and OMI International Inc.
Coltharp received his Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems and quantitative science from the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business.
Vice President, Delivery Services
Brian Seals brings more than 20 years of hands-on recruitment experience to his role as Vice President of Delivery Services at Zyston, with more than 15 of those in leadership and delivery mentorship specifically in the information security and information technology fields.
Seals has been involved in either the founding or early startup of multiple staffing and consulting organizations. Prior to joining Zyston, Seals served as National Recruiting Manager at HUNTER Technical Resources, LLC where he was responsible for managing both clients and talent nationwide. Before this, Seals served as Manager of IT Recruiting at The Intersect Group.
Seals received his bachelor’s degree from Centre College.
Joseph P. Longosz
Chief Financial Officer
Joseph Longosz serves as Chief Financial Officer at Zyston and has extensive experience financing and investing in middle market companies. Most recently, as Managing Director of Kayne Anderson’s Middle Market Lending Group, he was tasked with forming a new middle market SBIC debt fund. Previously, Longosz ran the Atlanta office for Golub Capital, a credit-based asset manager with over $15B under management. Before Golub, Longosz served as Managing Director at Wachovia Emerging Companies Group, which provided capital to early stage venture capital backed companies. Prior to this, Longosz was Senior Vice President and Southeast Region Manager for Bank of America Commercial Finance.
Longosz received a bachelor’s degree in finance and computer science from Boston College, and a Master of Business Administration in corporate and international finance from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School.
Vice President, Finance & Operations
Ben Poynter serves as Vice President of Finance & Operations at Zyston. His responsibilities include strategy and planning, corporate development, business development, financial planning and analysis, accounting and human resource management.
Previously, Poynter was a Vice President with Zyston’s private equity sponsor, Arbela Partners, where his responsibilities included deal sourcing, due-diligence, financial modeling, industry research and transaction execution. Prior to joining Arbela Partners, Ben worked in the global natural resources investment banking group at Barclays where he focused on oil and gas M&A advisory and capital markets transactions. Before joining Barclays, he worked for Duff & Phelps’ investment banking division with a focus on lower middle-market M&A advisory. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Poynter began his career with ORIX Corporate Capital’s leveraged finance group where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions in the lower middle-market.
Poynter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate finance, as well as a Master of Business Administration in finance, from Southern Methodist University.
